While we are unable to guarantee the section you will be seated in, our goal is to have you at the match in the appropriate section for you.

We make every effort to accommodate the requests of our clients, but we cannot guarantee accessible seating for anyone, including customers who are in a wheel chair.
I have seen match tickets being offered by other companies, are these tickets official?
The products being offered by other companies or on other websites are not part of, or related to, the official ticket sales 2010 FIFA World Cup program. FIFA and Match-AG has not appointed an outside company to be its agent for the sale of match tickets only. We would strongly recommend you not buy tickets through these channels. There are companies that sell tickets and packages that do not own the rights to the tickets and are therefore forced to buy on the open market a few days before each match. This inevitably can lead to you not attending your particular match. OleOle guarantees that our 2010 FIFA World Cup tickets are officially issued and valid for the match you purchased.
Can I upgrade my ticket category for the match?
Yes, although most of our packages include a Category 3 ticket to the match, ticket upgrades are available for most matches. There is an additional fee for a ticket upgrade; the fee depends on the match and the upgrade to Category 2 or Category 1.
Can I add an additional match to my package?
Yes, if we have tickets available to the match you would like to attend that is not included in your package, we can add the match for an additional charge.
I purchased a package, but I want to go see another team, can I attend that match?
Yes, if we have tickets available to the match you would like to attend even if it is not your team, we can add that match for an additional charge. It just cannot be on the same day your FYT match.
I purchased my package which includes the Round of 16 match, but what if my team does not advance to the Round of 16?
If your team does not advance to the Round of 16, you will still be able to attend the match being played by the group winner.
